Cinderella

A Traditional Pantomime
Pantomime is traditionally a celebration of the clownish and crazy. Pantos are not pantos without a bit of gender role reversal and this mainly happens in the roles of Principal Boy – Prince Charming – and of course the pantomime Dame – or in our case, two Dames as we have two Ugly Sisters. Panto was at its height during Victoria’s reign and we are honouring that amazing era by presenting Cinderella in the form with which they would have been familiar, enhanced by some wonderful old songs.

The Caloundra Chorale, conducted by Kim Kirkman, presents your favourite songs from the movies including My Heart Will Go On, Ghostbusters, Jailhouse Rock, Always Look on the Bright Side of Life, Nine to Five and classics like As Time Goes By, Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend and Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy.
